Speed & temperature
Grease consistency and base oil viscosity should suit bearing speed and operating heat.
Industrial grease supplier · Bengaluru
Request greases for bearings, crushers and heavy machinery in Bengaluru—matched to load, speed, temperature, water exposure and relubrication interval.

Selection essentials
Grease choice combines base oil, thickener, consistency and additives. A familiar colour is not a reliable substitute for the required specification.
Share application detailsGrease consistency and base oil viscosity should suit bearing speed and operating heat.
Extreme-pressure grease categories for loaded contacts and demanding industrial duty.
Softer grades for certain centralized lubrication systems and enclosed gear applications.
Operating exposure and washout risk influence thickener and additive selection.
Fast selection path
Grease selection starts with the component and conditions—not with colour or a familiar product name.
Share bearing, pin, bush, open gear or centralized system.
Send NLGI grade, thickener, old label or equipment manual.
Note speed, load, heat, water, dust and vibration.
State pack size, consumption and relubrication frequency.
Common applications
Common enquiry language
Consistency is only one input. Thickener, base-oil viscosity, additives, temperature and component speed all influence selection.
Widely requested for manually lubricated bearings and general points.
Often discussed for centralized systems or applications requiring easier flow.
Extreme-pressure additives are considered for loaded and shock-duty contacts.
Lithium and other thickener systems should not be interchanged by assumption.
Lubrication-point support
A clear application record helps prevent accidental mixing and makes repeat ordering more consistent.
Compare thickener, base oil, consistency and performance before changing products.
Label grease guns and lubrication points to reduce cross-application during maintenance.
Share cartridges, pails or drum requirement and the relubrication cycle for quoting.

Industrial grease FAQs
Greases that look similar can behave differently under load, temperature and water exposure.
NLGI grade describes grease consistency. It does not by itself identify the thickener, base-oil viscosity, additives or suitability for a particular bearing.
Colour is not a compatibility test. Check thickener, base oil and product compatibility before mixing, and follow a proper changeover process when required.
The numbers mainly indicate consistency. EP 0 and 00 are softer and may suit certain centralized systems, while EP 2 is firmer. The equipment requirement remains decisive.
